We participate with Blue Cross Blue Shield Preferred Provider Organization (BCBS PPO) plans. Clients with this coverage are only responsible for their copay and deductible as applicable.
If you do not have BCBS PPO, you will be responsible for full payment at the time of the appointment. However, I am happy to work with you to submit your insurance claim for out of network reimbursement.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings Account cards for payment.
Once your appointment is scheduled, it is reserved for you. Therefore, I request that you notify me 48 hours in advance of a cancellation. Appointments that are not cancelled in advance will require payment of the full cost of the session.
